Before Hartwork, I worked at a lead generation agency. Our job was simple — bring clients more leads. And on paper, we did exactly that. But something kept bothering me. We'd send over a fresh batch of leads and watch businesses let them go cold. Not because they didn't care. But because there was no system to catch them at the right moment.
A lead comes in hot. They want what you offer right now. And if nobody reaches them in that window — that lead is gone. It doesn't matter how good your service is or how much you spent to get them there.
The industry I came from was happy to keep selling leads into that broken system. I wasn't. So I built Hartwork instead.
